Job Role

The candidate should be well presented and possess excellent English language.

Must be presentable, professional and able to work using initiative and have a mature committed attitude towards their work and able to take instructions from Manager/Employer. Reporting to the Clinic Manager, you will work closely with the team to provide patients with the best treatment experience.

To promote, advise and inform patients of the different treatments available, and carry out non-surgical treatments. Must be NVQ Level 3 or 4 qualified in Beauty Therapy. You must be presentable, have excellent time keeping and attendance. You must have welcoming customer service skills, a natural interest in the skin care/aesthetics industry, looking to develop your skills further and enjoy working in a team that exceeds expectations.

Role: Aesthetician

 To provide a high level of treatment and care to patients attending the clinic.

  • Treat skin patients for Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion & Hydrafacial treatments
  • Work independently as an aesthetic therapist assessing, counseling and treating patients adhering to clinic protocols.
  • To ensure the administration of treatments optimizing customer care and experience and effectively utilizing time.
  • You will be required to liaise with patients, to follow through on sales, invoices and to inform on treatments, identify and up sell other potential treatments and build a relationship with our patient base.
  • Patient contact and scheduled patient follow up calls are also integral to the role. You will be required to be organized, efficient and thorough.
  • Experience in a Daily diary management & Filing.
  • Manage stock order.
  • Administer consultations successfully.
  • Ensure daily/weekly/monthly targets are reached
  • Manage customer issues
