Renowned laser expert and celebrity facialist Debbie Thomas, has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Aesthetic Laser Skin Therapist to work in the flagship clinic based in the heart of Chelsea, London.


We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated full time therapist who can fit in with our already established team.  Someone that we can invest in and who can be rewarded for their hard work and loyalty.


What we need from you :

Qualifications – APPLICANTS MUST HAVE A LASER NVQ Level 4 qualification (or must be willing to train to Level 4) and a minimum of 5 years working in a laser skin clinic.  A strong team player attitude, a love and passion for the aesthetic industry and skincare, a love of learning and sharing knowledge, excellent customer service skills. You must be well presented (hair, nails, skin, clean uniform) and you must have a strong command of both written and spoken English.



This position will suit a self-motivated professional who is passionate about advanced skincare. This is a perfect opportunity for a laser therapist wanting to move into the world of advanced laser skincare and aesthetics.  Full training and support both internal and external will be given in any areas where needed. We will give you the platform to grow and flourish however you do need to be proactive and driven. You must have excellent time keeping and be organised. We are looking for people who have the skills and the right attitude to help the business grow to the next level, maintain our 5* service and who want to be part of the bigger picture.


Duties to include :

Ensuring the standards of D.Thomas is maintained at all times throughout the customer journey.

Running appointments with punctuality.   Timekeeping is essential.

Providing consultations and skin analysis to clients regarding their treatment, full knowledge of any relevant products and recommendations to suit the client’s needs and their skin conditions through to post care treatment.

Ensuring each and every client issue or feedback is dealt with in a sensitive and caring manner and brought to the attention of the line manager.

Managing and storing client records with regards to their appointments, medical and consent forms, treatment notes and products.

Being proactive with regards to the sale of products and services.

Accurate stock reporting including managing appropriate stock levels and highlighting any stock issues to the line manager.

Maintaining a safe and clean environment which includes any cleaning duties which may be necessary throughout the day.

Being a team player and keeping good relations with staff members.

Assisting with any additional services which may be directed by the line manager.

Flexibility with the rota.
