Job Role

We are a Private Clinic providing General Practice and specialist health services.

The Clinic is CQC registered. The clinic is highly organised and has well defined staff and business management policies, forms and procedures.

We have two locations, West Byfleet and Sunningdale.

Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a highly organised individual, with strategic thinking and leadership skills who will be able to support the delivery of services in the clinic, ensure the smooth running of the clinic, compliance with regulatory standards are met and meet its set organisational and financial targets.

You will form part of the senior management team and take part in company meetings, as well as weekly operational meetings with the business owners.

You will be managing employed and self employed clinicians and ensuring their clinics are delivered at a high standard. You will be managing a number of part time staff; Assistant Practice Manager, two administrators, two Head Receptionists, three receptionists, one Health Care Assistant, two doctors, one minor ops specialist, one audiologist, one nurse.

External accounts and credit control, external HR are in place.

You must feel capable of engaging with front of house when required but also be capable to lead the team towards achieving its objectives.

  • Responsibility for operational management of the services offered within the clinic.
  • Manage, mentor and motivate the clinic staff
  • Ensure compliance
  • Maximise clinic diary capacity
  • Reporting and the meeting of clinic KPI’s
  • Ensure gross profit margins are maintained
  • Delivery of key management data
  • Lead and develop the team
  • Manage recruitment
  • Lead on CQC
