Qualifications: • EITHER university degree (preferably in business, marketing, or any relevant field) OR 1 year minimum working with a luxury brand. • Have a proven interest in the cosmetic medicine industry • User level computer skills: (word, outlook, excel and use of CRM) • Certified training in all treatments • Fluency in English • Ability to work well in a team and individually • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Excellent organisational skills • Positive, friendly and enthusiastic

We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly and flexible team members to thrive at the heart and soul of the business: the front of house is the patient’s first point of call with 23MD and the team are vital to the functioning of the clinic, driving day to day activities. Front of house staff should be passionate about the aesthetics industry and uphold all of 23MD’s values. Responsibilities include:

  • Answer and respond to all communications including telephone and email in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
  • Greeting and welcoming all patients as well as overseeing patient journey
  • Respond to and report any concerns, incidents and/or problems, both from patients and internally as needed. 
  • Assist in the day-to-day functioning of clinic activities 
  • Diary management and appointment scheduling
  • Maintain tidy and well-presented environment
  • Opening/closing each day
  • Maintaining and upholding company values and standards
  • Maintain health and safety standards
  • Learning and understanding all treatment conducted by 23MD, as well as working to expand industry knowledge as a whole.
  • Work towards and achieve targets, including but not limited to:
    • New patient conversion
    • Treatment Sales targets
    • Retail sales targets
  • Assist and chaperone doctors as needed
  • Administrative duties as needed
